My massage style is both intuitive and intentional. Among my offerings you will find two types of therapuetic massage—a Glow massage for when the primary goal is to increase circulation and a Combo massage designed to address muscle tension and fascial adhesions that may be impeding relaxation.

Functional Integration® sessions are an integral part of the Feldenkrais Method®. Gentle touch and movement suggest new ways to move in action and encourage the release of habitual holding patterns that are the cause of unnecessary effort and stress.

If you are dealing with chronic muscle pain and tension there is a strong possibility that it may be coming from holding in the fascia.

ATSI is a series of 3 or 12 sessions that systematically address the fascia in our body that gives us both stability and flexibility in motion. The primary intent is to balance the soft tissue so that it supports an aligned standing posture as well as freedom of movement.

Single-sessions are also available.
