Movement that Feels Good

Moving in a way that feels good is intrinsically connected to the quality of our lives. ATM®️ classes can help you discover ways to move that feel good to you. The experiential qualities of good movement are often described as movement that feels efficient, effective, coordinated, powerful, and effortless.

Experience a somatic process in which you use your awareness to refine the quality and capacity of movement. Students are encouraged to explore their movement capabilities while being guided toward efficient use of the musculoskeletal system.

Movement that gets Better and Better

While most ATM®️ classes are designed to improve specific movements and functions —like bending, reaching, walking, sitting, and breathing—the process itself is similar to many mindfulness practices that focus on developing a state of open-mindedness and self-compassion.
