Awarness Through Movement™️ Class: Turning with Ease

  • Pacific Somatics Online Virtual Event Pacific Time (map)

Turning is a fundamental movement of wellness. Through turning we can look to the right and the left, we can see what’s behind us, and we can align ourselves in the environment to go toward the desirable and away from the undesirable.

Too often, the fundamental ability to turn is compromised by injury (particularly in the neck), muscular tension (especially in the neck and shoulders) and sensory motor amnesia (usually in the torso), or a disorganization between the hips and the shoulders. All of these can make turning feel difficult. No matter which of these may be impacting your ability to turn, an Awareness Through Movement™️ lesson can help.

Join me on Saturday December 4th from 3-4 p.m. for a somatic exploration of your ability to turn with ease.

Your first Awareness Through Movement® class with me is free. (Use coupon code FIRSTFREE when registering).
