Available as a single class or as part one of at two part series dedicated to shoulder health.
These two Awareness Through Movement® lessons are done mostly lying on the floor. Mats are provided if needed for use in class. Please bring several towels that you can fold and stack to use as a pillow if you need support for your head. Wear comfortable clothes that do not interfere with movement but that allow you to move freely. This class is done barefoot or with socks.
Suitable for all fitness levels.
While movements are slow and gentle this class is not appropriate for shoulder injuries in the acute stage. Please check with your medical doctor or physical therapist if you are currently being treated for a recent shoulder injury.
