Double Dip Sundays Awareness Through Movement® #1 @12:30pm PT)

The focus this week is finding and moving the hip joint for power and grace. In the 12:30 pm session we will explore how the hip joint closes and opens as we move between standing and sitting. Most of the class will be lying on the floor.
